This is a very common question! We recommend using a high-quality, archival ink pen that won't bleed or fade over time. A black Uni-ball Gel Impact pen or a Sakura Pigma Micron pen works beautifully on our acid-free paper. We suggest testing the pen on a separate piece of paper before the ceremony.

No. The ketubah comes safely
rolled in a super strong cardboard tube. We recommend taking the Ketubah after the wedding to a local framer to have it properly framed.
We are most comfortable with orders that are received 7-5 weeks before the wedding date.
But closer than 3 weeks will have rush fee (49$ for express shipping). Custom ketubah designs need to be scheduled at least 2-6 months in advance of the wedding.
Yes! Our laser-cut designs feature a multi-layer construction. The top layer is the intricate papercut, and the background is a high-quality giclée print. We offer various background styles (watercolor splashes, solid colors, or gradients) to match your wedding color palette. Check the specific product listing to see the available color options.
We have years of experience shipping art worldwide. Your Ketubah is packaged with extreme care, placed between layers of hard cardboard and protective materials to prevent bending or humidity damage. It is shipped flat (not rolled) to ensure the papercut layers remain pristine and ready for your Chuppah.
